What does the Free plan include?+
A manual demo backup of your first 50 products and what they reference, kept for 7 days. It shows how backup and restore work on your store. Paid plans back up the whole store.
How does a restore work?+
You pick a version and run a dry run first. It shows how many items restore, which cannot, and which files are missing. Nothing changes until you confirm. You can restore one item or the whole store.
What is the difference between Transfer and Sync?+
Transfer is a one-time copy of the data types you select into a linked store. Sync runs on a schedule and keeps products, manual collections and inventory matched. Both are available on Move and up.
Does duplicating change my source store?+
No. The source store is only read. Duplication and sync write to the linked destination store.
Where is my data stored?+
Managed storage by default, or your own S3 bucket. Encrypted at rest, sent over TLS, and isolated per store.
What happens to customer data and when I uninstall?+
Redact requests erase the data from storage and the index. Uninstalling purges everything the app holds for your store.
