Waypoint Privacy Policy

_Waypoint is a Shopify theme by HappyPow. A theme runs entirely inside your store's storefront; it does not call an external API or store your data on our servers._

What Waypoint does not do

  • It does not collect, transmit, or store customer, order, or product data anywhere outside your Shopify store.
  • It does not include analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts of its own.
  • It does not require app permissions or OAuth scopes; a theme has no server-side component to grant access to.

What you control

  • Any product metafields you create for spec-sheet content (material, weight, size chart and similar) live in your own Shopify store, under your control.
  • If you add third-party apps (reviews, loyalty, analytics) alongside Waypoint, that app's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
